Welcome to 2 Cities 48 Hours
A photo essay documentary on the cities of Benton Harbor & St. Joseph, Michigan. Photographers began making photographs @ 12:01am Friday, August 27th and stopped at 11:59pm Saturday, August 28th - 48 Hours. During this period of time 12 professional photographers along with 8 amateurs and 70 students with disposable cameras made over 10,000 images. An average of 208 images per hour. Photographs were made in color and/or B&W with digital and traditional film cameras, depending upon the photographers choice.
The photographers of the 2/48 photo project thank the citizens of Benton Harbor & St. Joseph for their participation in and support of this documentary project. We also thank our sponsors for their on going support.
